SUNIC SYSTEM has supplied the mass production systems to PM/AM OLED and lighting customers in the world wide. R&D(200mm x 200mm) and Mass production(370mm x 470mm, 730mm x 460mm) are available. SUNIC SYSTEM has completed the development of R&D system which is suitable for the size of G4&G5 substrate. Consequently It is coming to complete the tool development of mass production for the size of G4&G5 substrate within 2010. Besides, opaque substrates (cf. Si wafer) are compatible with glass substrates as well. Also, Encapsulation(Conventional Glass, Thin film encapsulation which would be generally requested in near future) can be supplied from R&D to mass production.
