sim4tec is a spin-off from TU Dresden and CreaPhys GmbH and develops and sells simulation software for OLEDs and OSCs. Sim4tec's product ""SimOLED"" enables the user to calculate OLED key figures like brightness and power consumption already at the computer before even entering any production environment. Any OLED optimization can therefore be carried out at the computer which leads to a great reduction of experimental runs, R&D costs as well as development time.
At the end of 2008 sim4tec has recieved a seed investment of High-Tech Gründerfonds. This enables sim4tec to improve the quality of ""SimOLED"" even further and to implement new physical models and customer requirements within reasonable timeframes.
