Your tasks:
We are looking for a highly motivated Patent Searcher & Analyst, who will be responsible for the identification and evaluation of patent information, assisting inventors and drafting patent applications. This contains especially:

• Assessment of patentability of invention disclosure (prior art search)
• Formulation of reply to examination reports
• Input for patent portfolio review, marketing, licensing, and acquisition
• Input for semiconductor devices development (FTO search)
• Drafting patent applications with our patent attorney and inventors 

Your profile:

• University degree in Physics, electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Strong knowledge on physics basic semiconducting devices: pn junctions, (O)LEDs, solar cells, transistors
• Strong and demonstrated interest in intellectual property and patenting
• Fluent English and German skills (verbal and written)
• Very good analytical and organizational skills
• Very good communication skills
• Charismatic, proactive and flexible personality
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary environment
• Knowledge in organic semiconductors would be a plus
• PhD in on physics of (organic) semiconductors would be a plus
