Job Description
- Take over key responsibilities for tool and process of deposition processes for the OLED manufacturing
- Ramp_up, servicing and planning of the related processes
- Lead tasks for Yield improvement of production
- Troubleshooting in case of process and tool issues
- Enforce experiments to enhance yield of OLED structures
- Technical interface function to tool supplier
Your Profile - Degree (university or university of applied sciences) in electrical-/ mechanical engineering.
- 5 years industrial experience in vacuum and thin film processes (of organic layers)
- Experience in project management
- Experience and knowledge in the field of OLEDs or organic solar cells would be appreciated
- Very good communication skills
- Proactive and flexible personality
- Fluent in English (verbal and written communication)
- Independent and team oriented working style
- Analytic thinking and systematic working style
- Mentoring ability of employees would be preferred
