Senior Engineer Process (m/f)

• Take over key responsibilities for tool and process of deposition processes for the OLED manufacturing
• Ramp_up, servicing and planning of the related processes
• Lead tasks for Yield improvement of production
• Troubleshooting in case of process and tool issues
• Enforce experiments to enhance yield of OLED structures
• Technical interface function to tool supplier 

Your Profile

• Degree (university or university of applied sciences) in electrical-/ mechanical engineering.
• 5 years industrial experience in vacuum and thin film processes (of organic layers)
• Experience in project management
• Experience and knowledge in the field of OLEDs or organic solar cells would be appreciated
• Very good communication skills
• Proactive and flexible personality
• Fluent in English (verbal and written communication)
• Independent and team oriented working style
• Analytic thinking and systematic working style
• Mentoring ability of employees would be preferred
